The shelter (if it was) was a hexagonal shape. It was used by the fire brigade for fire practice. At this time I am not able to say if it was above or below ground. I have a contact who has a photo of the thing which he has promised to let me have a copy. Hope this helps. farmerpiles43@gmail.com
