The Redditch Virtual Museum site brings together local history & heritage data from various sources over the last 15 years.
It is an onging project now in its third iteration of design and therefore some aspects still refelect the earlier versions.
It is also far from comprehensive so there are many area of Redditch Local history which do not feature in these galleries.
Limited resources and lack of direct experience of Redditch prior to 1986 mean that there are shortfalls in the coverage which we hope that do not spoil your enjoyment of what is included. Instead, we hope that these gaps spur you into action where you have, or know, sources of information to fill those gaps.
We are always happy to take new input and add it to the site to fill these gaps.
